The spice arrived on time, was sealed and packed well. It smells delicious and appears very fresh. I use khmeli suneli for vegetable side dishes such as fried shredded carrots with golden raisins and walnuts, or stewed eggplants/tomato/onion. The Glekhurad recipe card was included with the spice, so I will definitely try to incorporate khmeli into a salad dressing. Very happy with purchase and highly recommend seller!

Wow. This spice mix is absolutely delicious. I usually make my own spice mixes but decided to try this one since I was missing some of the ingredients. I was more than impressed by the flavor complexity, smell and with how versatile it is. Tastes great on chicken and fish and was amazing in Georgian beef walnut stew.

I adore this Georgian seasoning blend. Itâs delicious. I use it was a rub on lamb chops and in lamb burgers as well as for making kharcho (a type of Georgian soup) the blue fenugreek and Georgian saffron (marigold petals) give it a unique and delicious flavor thatâs wonderful on meats, in soups, and in vegetable dishes.
