My new favorite blanket; amazing for summer
I am a very warm sleeper. A huge problem I was having is that I would sweat so heavily under my previous blanket, that Iâd pull it off and then immediately be freezing because the cold breeze of the air conditioner would cool my sweat right away. It caused me to toss and turn all night, not getting any sleep. I needed something to keep me warm, but not allow me to sweat. And all I had was a blanket that kept me too warm and sheets that kept me too cold. After reading the reviews on this blanket I took a chance, and Iâm glad I did.We have a king sized bed, but I bought the full/queen size, because if I ended up not liking it I could use it as a throw on our large sectional. I washed it as soon as I got it. It did fill my lint screen upon the first washing. I love the weight of this blanket, because it drapes well. The great part about this being a knit blanket is that it allows air to pass through the blanket. It lets warm air out and cool air in, but still shields me from a light breeze on the patio or when the air conditioner is running. I love the texture of this, as well. Itâs cozy and great for relaxing and cuddling.A note if you have pets: We have a large dog, around 65lbs. Sheâll sometimes paw at us for attention and has yanked a couple threads out by doing so. No holes or further fraying has happened, luckily. But the threads are still hanging. Depending on your pet, be aware that their nails may catch in the knit texture and damage the blanket, and/or get caught and cause your pet to panic. This isnât enough to take the rating down a star, as it is just the nature of knit material that needs different care.Iâve used this in bed, on the couch, and out on our patio balcony. Itâs a great summer blanket, and I feel like it will be great for all seasons. Iâve already ordered the king sized one for the bed and another one for my office! Iâm incredibly happy overall with this purchase. Good summer blanket
I bought the navy blue colored blanket. I live in northern PA where the nights are not too hot like in the south. A hot night for us is in the ’70’s. I was looking for a lightweight blanket that was heavier than a sheet but not too heavy for warm summer nights. This blanket has worked out great. It’s heavy enough to keep me from getting cold while the a/c is running, but not too heavy to cause me to sweat if the a/c is off. The material is cotton as advertised, and it’s soft not scratchy. The color matched right on to the photo. I have washed it twice and it’s proven durable. There were no loose or unraveled threads. I am satisfied with my purchase.

The lint monster
This is an amazing blanket but the little lint balls that come off of it is crazy I thought it would stop after 4 years but no my sheets are now blue with black specks still 9/10 would recommend

But one size up! – shrinkage wins!
Amazon mis-delivered a king size when i ordered a full/queen. Before i realized it was a king size delivered, i started to wash it. Since it was going to go back washed and i knew it would inevitably shrink since it is all cotton, i restarted the load with a hot wash, hot dry. NOW IT IS AN ALMOST PERFECT QUEEN!I am keeping it knowing it wonât shrink anymore!How much did it shrink? About 10 inches in both directions. So the 90 inch wide king is now about 80 inches wide. The 108inch long King is now about 98 inches long. I think it fits well on a queen size bed. You can stretch it since it is a waffle weave cotton.It is a comfortable soft cotton (could be a bit softer) but it is very nice. Since i shrank it, it is now thicker than âsummer qualityâ but should be fine. Seems like it is a good value for the money and seems like it should be durable.

Good value
Pros: Lightweight but still has some weight, just right. Quality is good. Price is good when on sale. Very breathable and pairs well with percale sheets, my whole bed is crispy dry fresh feeling now.Cons: Rougher than expected but il keep it since it ticks the other boxes so well.Its a new feel for me, feels different than other light blankets Ive had before. I do like that I wake up fresh not sweaty.

Too small
This is the second blanket I ordered from Amazon like this. Checked measurements, thought it would be good. Before washing, I checked to see how it fit. After flipping it both directions, it’s not big enough to tuck in either way. I still decided to keep it since all the knit blankets on here appeared to be the same size. It’s fine I guess, it goes between the top sheet and quilt. I’d say medium softness, and it kept It’s color well after a few washings.

Perfect summer coverlet
Based on other reviews I ordered a King for my Queen bed and dried it in 20 minute segments so I could clear the lint trap. Grateful for the advice! The purple color is really nice, like an eggplant purple, and did not fade when washed. The weight of the blanket feels nice but it is so breathable and therefore perfect for summer in the Southern US where we have hot and humid nights. Yes, the blanket will snag if you have a cat that claws at it. I have a kitten and I don’t mind the pulls. I can trim them off. If you don’t have a pet that gets on the bed then this isn’t an issue.

Right size, great color, sturdy, comfy, great value!
I LOVE this blanket. I gave it 5 stars for softness and lightweightness because it is the perfect amount of both of those, in my opinion. It has that great, hearty feel of thick, natural cottonâit feels sturdy. I was so worried it would be think and cheap feeling but itâs not! I didnât want it too soft because that implies less airflow and more heat from itâitâs the perfect amount of softness and coolness. The color is greatâjust what I wanted. I got a King size and washed and tumble dried it it right out of the package, and the size is perfect. Covers the King mattress thoroughly and can easily be tucked under the edges. The price was so good for the level of quality. I am thrilled!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Decke ist atmungsaktiv und hat ein angenehmes Gewicht, perfekt als Ãberwurfdecke geeignet. Der Stoff fühlt sich allerdings recht grob an und drückt sich schnell in die Haut.

I am overall very happy with this waffle cotton blanket as it is the replacement for my old one that I have had for 6 years that was starting to come undone. I live in England so the nights in winter can be kinda cold but am originally from Hawaii so I am not comfortable sleeping under duvets (I sleep on top of a duvet with this blanket on top of me). My only real criticism of this blanket is that I bought the dark grey and if I am honest, it has a slight hint of brown in it. Overall it is still a dark grey but not completely so please keep that in mind.

I really love this blanket. I’m 100% happy with it. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice light summer blanket, or an extra layer during the cooler months. It’s not too soft, but it’s not scratchy at all. It looks nice, and it seems sturdy. I’ve washed and dried it several times now, and it’s just like new. It’s even wider and longer than my duvet, which is exactly what I wanted.
