I used them for 6 months and they worked out fine, no issues of tearing. I bought a second set to to put in my travel bags; they are light and easy to use when gym not available.

For the price theyâre worth it. Iâve been using these for my knees while doing at home pt. I started using the medium daily, and it broke after 3 months. The heavy I started using daily 4 times a week, and when the medium broke I used it daily. I was able to get almost 5 months before that one broke. Iâm still able to use the extra heavy daily. Thus, to me, for the price theyâre worth it. Guessing Iâll get another few months of the extra heavy, and then have to buy new bands.
