This group of stickers is incredibly bright!
I rated it 4 stars because as shown in the photo, the yellow is almost blinding. I can barely tell there’s text there much less be able to read it. The sparkly yellow is the most violently bright yellow I’ve ever come across in my entire life and I went to school for the arts. The rest of the pack is not a problematic queen like our feelings are. There is a nice texture, it doesn’t catch on my fingers in a gross-to-me way.

Nice way to Relieve Anxiety
I brought these for my son and myself. We both suffer from anxiety and I was looking for something that would help us both when *it becomes too much. I like the variety and different sizes. We have added them to obvious places – computers, phones, desk. They are a nice reminder to help you breathe when things are becoming too much. There are a lot in a package. Our Pastor saw one and liked it. We had extra and gave her some, which she appreciated.

Mixed feelings
I really enjoy the concept of these sticks. These are all methods that someone who works with mental health teach. However they only came in one texture and that was sand. That isn’t always the best texture depending on who you are working with. Overall I like them but would prefer the option to choose the texture.
