Delicious and Easy!
I love these noodles!Mostnoften I simply open the packages, pour in a bowl, and eat. I dont even bother to heat. They are delicious, filling, and easy to prepare. The price is a little hefty for a noodle, but for now, I will continue to purchase for days when I need a quick go to.

Pumpkin flavor is light, and no instructions
These are basically konnyaku noodles. If you know what shiratake noodles are then youâll probably be able to look up ways to prepare them. The noodles themselves have very low calories, but are full of fiber so they are filling.THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS with this. That is the biggest downfall. There is no pumpkin flavoring that I can taste. You can use these as stirfry, yakisoba, cream based pastas, nabe, oil based pastas, and anything you can think of. The noodles have very little flavor if any at all. You will need to introduce the flavor and be creative with them. The fact that there is little flavor is a benefit of this noodle because it makes it versatile. Shiratake noodles generally do not have flavor. I recommend looking up some shiratake noodle recipies to make these.Would I order these again? Probably not. They are healthy, but the noodle did add anything to the flavor. You can get shiratake noodles at many Asian stores for cheaper than the listed $25 for this. For that reason, these seem over priced and gimmicky.

Great Noodles!
These are a great way to upgrade your meal. I really liked the flavor and the texture of the noodles. They were super easy to cook and I felt good while eating them. I will definitely be buying more from this brand in the future! They were so good!

Tasty and healthy noodles
This is a 5 pack of The Daily Good pumpkin shirataki noodles with Szechuan pepper sauce. I knew what shirataki noodles were, but had never tried them, so I was eager to try these. The 5 sets of noodles come in an outer bag that has pretty much no information on it. The noodle pouches also have no information. I wasn’t even sure if they were shelf stable (I eventually found out that yes, they are). The noodle pouches include a packet of Szechuan pepper sauce, and a foil packet with a seasoning blend that kind of reminds me of furikake but I’m not really sure what it is. There is a single instruction card in the outer bag that I eventually located, but it wasn’t very helpful for someone who has never had these noodles before. It didn’t say if they should be eaten hot (and if so, how to heat them) or cold, and had confusing language about mixing in “your favorite sauce”. I eventually settled on warming the noodles in the microwave briefly, and then adding the seasoning blend and the sauce. There is no doubt this makes for a delicious, healthy, and low calorie lunch. The noodles are pleasantly springy and the sauce and seasoning give them a nice flavor. I do have trouble getting the sauce to adhere to the noodles no matter how much I stir. A lot–probably a majority–of the sauce ends up at the bottom of my bowl. I would like it better if the sauce mixed in more. All in all, now that I’ve figured out how to prepare these, I think they’re great. The price as I’m writing this for the 5 pack is $29.99, which seems like an okay deal, averaging out to about $6.00 per meal.

Not super flavorful but conveinient.
These are super convenient and store for quite a while in their sealed bags. I like using them when it’s hot out and I’d rather not boil pasta or noodles. When alone they don’t carry much flavor. I used them with spare ramen spices and they fit in quite nicely. I’m going to try them in a cold noodle dish next!Again, super convenient and the flavor i did pick up was pleasant.

I tried it…
I wanted to have a healthier option for noodles, and I thought I would give this a try. Well, this isn’t a product for me. It was easy to prepare, I had no problem with that. The problem was that I didn’t like the taste, even after adding sauce to it. Luckily my son liked it, and said that he was fine having that instead of our regular noodles, so I can’t say it was a total flop…just wasn’t for me.

Decent diet food
These are actually quite nice and I wish they had them in my local grocery store. The flavor is light, but you really don’t want to be eating these noddles as-is. They work best in a soup or maybe even fried, but because of the texture, I wouldn’t want this as a spaghetti or anything.
