Great books had it for years now
Awesome little bug I’m not a vegan but there’s some pretty cool recipes in here and I like it because it’s quick and easy got some pictures and you’re ready to roll especially if you just want to try something new

New Vegan cookbook
I checked the book out from the library before purchasing it and found it so helpful that I wanted to own a copy. I use the recipes for cooking beans and grain products (helpful to be able to freeze and suggestions for amts to put in bag). Many of the other recipes are also delicious and they don’t depend on commerically prepared products.

Really good
The format is a little akward but it does the job in providing exiting vegan dishes. Vegan dishes should have more pics since many of us a trying to go vegan or increase our plant consumption.

Newly Vegan
My son has recently began eating as a vegan due to high cholesterol. I bought this for him to give him some interesting recipes to try instead of just eliminating meat and dairy from his diet. The recipes look good. I’m looking forward to trying a few.
