This product is awesome but the company that sent it to me sure isn’t. This was supposed to be a package of 3 and I just found out that the center package had been opened and was only 1/2 full!!!!! How can this be sent like this??

Great gluten-free pasta
This brand is great for this and other pasta shapes. Like to bring to boil for few minutes. Cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 20 or 30 minutes until your desired softness. Good flavor alternative to wheat pastas. Does not seem to break up as much as other gluten-free alternatives.

Packaged well
Package arrived intact. After some reviews about breakage I was nervous but mine look great. Ordered a 3 pack and they came bounced together . So excited to be able to eat pasta again after 10 years of non pasta after being gluten free. Update on 9/30/22 careful following directions about rinsing with cool water. I ended up with tiny pieces of noodles and the rinse made it gooey. Was able to do my best to make it for lasagna . But I am going to try it next without the rinsing to see if I get more whole pieces

Brown rice lasagna holds up well in cooking. It has a nice al dente texture and is gluten-free so the whole family can enjoy it.

pasta is delicious and as expected but amazon dropped the ball her and shipped it in a bag not a box. the pasta itself is in cellophane package. so quite a few broken strips.
