Great scissors, gave me much more confidence in grooming
I take my small dogs (a shih tzu, poodle mix, and terrier mix) to the groomer regularly. However, I sometimes need to clean them up a little in-between visits. Especially in the face. I can’t stand the idea of hair getting into the dog’s eyes (probably because I think of how it makes me feel myself). So now and then I find I need to touch them up a little myself.I was using a pair of “standard” scissors that I keep around the house for utility purposes, but it made me so nervous because they were big and probably scary-looking to my little girls. My husband got me these, and they are wonderful! Very sharp, but the smaller size and blunt point give me much more confidence when I have to trim around my girl’s faces. I’m sure they appreciate it too!I would definitely buy these again!

No nick dog scissors
The best dog shears I have found. Sharp but have a rounded tip.No worries about nicking my dog even cutting around his eyes and face. Very sturdy. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Improved scissors 4 & 5 work well.
Purchased these because of the nice reviews. How could so many people be so wrong! They feel nice and well made, however in cutting ability they proved substandard. Tried them on two dogs: one with coarse hair and one with fine hair with very poor results. The hair moves between the two cutting blades without proper cutting producing inaccurate cuts with the need for many more cuts, never getting it right. My hands were getting very tired and my patience and the dogs’ would not hold up to this! The screw appeared to be adjusted properly and there does not seem to be any damage to the blades. Went back to my old vintage scissors which I was replacing deciding that perhaps I don’t need new scissors afterall since they cut without causing the hairs to move producing precise cuts, although they do lack the blunt tips. These scissors might be useful for small children’s art work. I may return them as I have no use for them.UPDATE: It was very kind of the company to replace the scissors without delay and without me having to request it. I am sad to have to leave my review rating as it stands, however, as the replacement scissors’ performance is not any better than the original. I was offered a refund by the company and am not being asked to return either of the scissors. That sounds like real old fashioned service to me. Much appreciated.UPDATE: I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A THIRD FREE SCISSORS! This company really wants to satisfy their customers! How refreshing. Again, I wish I could say that the third one is an improvement, but I can’t. Really did want to like the third. Thank you for your efforts. Because the company is so wonderful I added a star. Wish I felt I could do more – you’re just so nice.UPDATE: In all I received 5 scissors! The last 2 work well. Also received a letter stating that the scissors had been improved. They do work much better. Therefore, I have added 2 stars.

Safe and sharp enough
I give them five stars because they had perfect size scissors to Cut the shaggy hair and a little dogs Face she has a lot of hair on her face. It goes into her eyes, and I can keep it cut with the scissors and be safe, not to hurt her.

Size and easy to hold
Easier to trim around my little dog’s face, even though this is her vulnerable spot. She is very relaxed when I trim the rest of her body. These scissors are so easy to hold, sharp, and of course, they make no sound, as compared to using a shaver. I am so pleased that I found the Tiny Trim scissors for my little girl!!! Give them a try.

Excellent product for trimming my dog’s hair.
My dog is extremely finicky, especially when getting a hair cut. I used these scissors for the first time and just the fact that they do not make a clipping sound helped tremendously. They are easy to use and get the job done without too much drama. I highly recommend them. They are also small enough to use for trimming around the eyes. Great product!

Sharp, solid
I need a pair of scissors for the dogs that were sharp enough to get the job done quickly (my dogs donât like sitting for long) while also being safe if they flinch (donât wanna stab em) and these have been perfect. I keep them on the table next to the couch and use them anytime I find a mat in their coat. IF these ever break (I doubt they will, the quality is solid) Iâll definitely be buying another pair. Also, theyâre comfortable to use, finger holes are good size

None of my pets is scared of this pair of scissors. The front round shape prevents accidents, and the material sourced for the scissors is excellent and so very well made and well priced. Too bad they don’t have it anymore.

I bought these for trimming paw fur and for any other nooks and crannies that might need a trim. The scissors are sharp and seem well made. They are small so if you have a big dog you will want to look for a larger size. The rounded tips make me less nervous about accidently poking while trimming my dog’s fur.

Great little scissors to handle the one off grooming that needs to be done. We have an American Eskimo with thick long hair that these scissors tackle hair trimming tasks easily. What is even better is that our pair loosened up after a few years and for whatever reason we were not able to tighten them anymore. The customer service we received to get a replacement was amazing! Because of this I would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone.
