Works great for me. I had to return the XL. It didn’t fit deep enough. The 2XL fits deep enough. My breathing is much better at night and it stays secure and is comfortable enough.

My roommate snores so loudly it could wake the neighbors! Nose strips didn’t help at all.We sleep in separate bedrooms and I can hear him all the way across the hall! He was understandingly resistant to putting something in his nose at first (its a touchy subject haha) but with this dilator the volume has reduced to a dull tolerable rumble.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸I’m only giving it 4 stars though as it’s a bit expensive for an only partial solution.

After using Gnasal, my sleep has gotten so much better! I got this for my roommate, and Iâm never awakening by her snoring anymore! Whatâs more, the product is easy to use, and cheap as well. The material looks comfortable enough to be able to sleep with, and you can tell itâs good quality too. Amazing device, a must buy for loud snorers!!

Works okay but to uncomfortable to sleep with
I found that this does a decent job of cutting back (not stopping) my snoring. It widens your nostrils so that airflow is less interrupted. I also found though that it grew to be uncomfortable. Usually with items like these (mouthguards, sleep masks, etc.) I automatically start filtering out the ‘feel’ of them and can sleep pretty well. This has an intrusive presence though and the longer I wore it, the more I became aware of it.

Whatever size you think u are buy a size larger or 2 sizes larger or just buy the largest to start off with. The claim to stay in place all night was negated the first time I sniffed laughed ð or made any facial expressions. In theory a good idea, just not as practical.
