Works great for thick toenails. Beware they are VERY sharp and unforgiving.
Follow the directions and soak your feet for at least 15 minutes to soften the toenails. I have used all but one of the tools in this kit so far. They cut my thick nails like paper but will nip your skin if you aren’t careful. They have a good feel in your hand and are easy to use. The files are rougher than any other I have used and the ingrown toenail tools work well.I have not had any breakage of the tools as mentioned in a couple of prior reviews and soaking your feet first makes the nail soft and not a lot of pressure on the tool is needed to make a cut.The case is nice to hold the tools and easy to get them out for use.I would buy these again.

Instant relief!
This is by far the best toenail care set for its price point. While I have tried other kits, none of their ingrown toenail removers were ever quite sharp and strong enough to get rid of my thick nails. The one included in this set though made it seem as if my ingrown nail was made of paper and easily cut the nail down to the base. The sleek and design of the tip let it slide under the nail easily and didn’t even require assistance from the nail lifter that is included in this set. Like all sharp objects, be careful with how much forward pressure you put while using the ingrown toenail remover because the sharpness of the tip and the blades will lead to a very nasty accident if you apply too much pressure. All things aside, this kit is comfortable and easy to use; I cannot recommend it enough.
