I train intensely , also do resistance,and wanted to try to replenish the muscle groups and feel energized etc ,Itâs early days , because Iâve only used for a couple of weeks , plus using electrolytes; feel the recovery is slightly better.So more time is needed to give an honest review.There does seem to be an improvement in recovery.Especially in the heat with indoor and outdoor training. My legs being the largest muscle group.

Smells like straight up BO
Yall have to be closing the lid on this thing with your sweaty azz cheeks, after a long summer run after skipping 2 days of no shower, because this smells fierce. Smells like someone opened the product dipped their marathon sweaty nutzsack into the powder stirred it around and then proceeded to reglue the seal and close it up. That or you have to be adding sour azz sweat as the secret ingredient. This is exactly what that big dude in the gym passes by and smells like, makes you wince a bit. No lie. Yall gotta fix this issue. I dont know if it works because frankly Im scared im going to be ingesting nutt powder for all i know. The smell is so strong all i did was open the jar and my fingers smell like i been deep butt wrestling in the hot middle east desert. This got to be a joke. For a while i thought my weight training coach was just skipping showers, but im pretty sure bro is probably just got one of your gnarly smelling creatine jars and consuming it by the spoonful. I feel like i have to go apologize to him now. Stay tuned, i might work up the courage to taste this. I dont even think its the powder, its like the plastic jar. Like homie in the factory floor closing jars with his gooch or something. Just gotta say the trufth. Tell the Trufth! I take it back just took another wiff of the powder and yeah someone figured out a way to synthesize sweaty hot onion pit/groin/azz sweat, concentrated it, produced a powder and mixed it in to this.
