Use electric pump, foot pump is discarded
Itâs a sturdy product, you will still need to hold onto something as youâre stretching on it, but it works well. I discarded the pump that came with it since I have an electrical one at home from another product. Happy stretching!

Ok for the price, but pay attention to the size!
Replaced my desk chair with this and I’ve been using every day since October. Earlier this month it seemed to be losing air pressure, so I bought some of that green tire stuff, which seemed to help for about 3 weeks. I think it’s no longer liquid and it probably has another small hole somewhere.Durability wise it’s not very good imo. I’m 90% sure the hole was caused by my cat, which I never assumed would be a problem.EDIT:**Support reached out and offered to replace this ball under warranty. It was very nice of them to do this, but I declined, here’s why:I did not pay attention to the sizes when ordering, I need the XXL, but this was only L. I did not realize that the inflation instructions were by height, I was just doing it by how it felt to sit on. Likely this was over-inflated and that allowed my kitty to puncture it without much effort. As I stated, it was great until it got pierced.Further, I replaced this flat ball with a correctly-sized XXL ball, inflated to the proper height and it’s been wonderful. The support and the warranty really improved my view of Trideer!

Great More Details Please
I received my Trideer yoga ball yesterday, and the shipment arrived a day early. I received the 65cm yoga ball, 1 stabilizing ring, 1 pump, paper tape measure, and 1 set of spare plugs with plug remover. Inflating the ball and ring was easy, and I had no problems with the pump (IMPORTANT!! I didn’t overpull on the pump while inflating it), as some have said it was cheap or broke while using it.It was filled at 80% yesterday and completed the inflation today.My intentional use of the yoga ball is for seating purposes at my desk, which is 29 inches high. I am 5 ft 4 and 180 lbs, so I chose the 65cm ball as suggested. I found the ball is a little lower as I am deeply sitting, and my knees are bent more than 45 degrees. I’ll also use it for exercise, so I can still do that, but I thought I’d have one solution for 2 uses, and that’s not the case. I’ll have to use the older one I have for the time being.Positive takeaway: the product, delivery, and accessories are great, and I like that I’m not sore after being in a seated position for hours as I was using a chair.If I order another, it will definitely be Trideer!!Negative takeaway: If the product is being used to sit at a desk, opt for the 75cm ball (XL) for more comfort and still use it for workouts.

Do you Have back Issues? Get this Product.
I use this chair every day as my main desk chair. Sitting in regular desk chairs has always caused me back issues. Since I started using this chair, I have been sitting up straighter, and my lower back pain has gone away. I also use it for occasional exercise. It is easy to set up and simple to move around if needed. I recommended it to a friend, and now they have one as well. It’s a great product.

A classroom must have!!
I purchased this as an alternative to a stool while teaching! It was easy to assemble, lightweight, sturdy and very comfortable!!! The kids love it whenever I grab it to sit on during our story time. I bounce and work my core while Iâm reading with them!! All the teachers were tickled when they saw me using it! Teachers!! Try it, youâll love it.

Inaccurate size
It’s a good product, and I’ve been happy with my earlier purchases. But at some point the manufacturer lost the ability to label their own products correctly. My last three orders all arrived as the wrong size. This last one definitely had the right size marked on the package, but the ball in the package didn’t match.

Back pain begone!
The ball and base were super easy to inflate with the included pump. It came with a few extra plugs in case the other ones get lost. The material feels very thick and sturdy, and the aqua color is bright and happy.I have mild scoliosis and a stenosis at L5 which is just above the tail bone. Every now and then it will get inflamed and cause lower back pain. When I tell you the MOMENT I sat on this ball the back pain disappeared, I am not exaggerating. I am going to get another one so I can have them in both my home and work offices.I am just over 5’5″ so got the 65 cm ball. It feels ergonomic to sit on, but I am wondering if the taller one would have been slightly better to reach the keyboard on top of the desk. I’ll probably wait a few days to inflate it a little more (per the instructions to give it time to stretch) and see how comfortable I am with the height before ordering another one.Edit: It is now fully inflated, and it is the perfect size for my height with a keyboard that sits at 29-30″

I use this as a seat at my desk. It has caused me to sit correctly, plus it is just SO easy to exercise your hips and core whilst working. I am sure it can be used for many other exercises, but havenât discovered them yet. Wouldnât be without it!
