Itâs a great exercise ball like the ones Iâve been using in rehab. BUT THEY WERE ALREADY INFLATED.Passed mine along to my able-bodied son. Left out the part about needing to inflate the thing. He noticed that part right away.I said I changed much mind. Iâll just use my exercise bands.The ball should not get a bad review from me because I didnât bother to read the reviews.Zero Stars for me. 5 Stars for this Amazon productð«¡

Purchased as new, but clearly was not—UDATED- PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW
UPDATE: This was delivered less than 10 minutes ago. I have no idea if it is a good product, but I do know that what I purchased was supposed to be new. The box was unsealed, the ball was out of it’s plastic bag, the plug that according to the video was supposed to be in the ball was loose in the box and it had a plastic straw and one other plug loose in the box as well. If I had wanted “used” I would have purchased as such. Very disappointed.I am updating my review as Trideer reached out to me after seeing my review and offered an apology and replacement for my used ball. I now have the new ball that came direct from them and it is exactly as I had expected the original one to be. I look forward to using this new ball. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Arrived as said, the only issue I have with it is that you need to blow into the opening to fill with air. Everytime I try to close it a lot of air leaks out so it is not as inflated but doable as I hoped for PT at home.
