I love this product. Simply love it, just bought another, now I have 4 total. I make 300-400 mini muffins every week for a boat charter company, and these muffin tins are EVERYTHING. Home cook, I started with a Trudeau Confetti mini-loaf pan last fall for bake sale baking. It is Wonderful stuff!!! I am now buying +pieces, when Iâm able, where I have a baking pan need. Not ever going back to coated metal. When possible, I hope to be all silicone baking, short of high heat cast iron. Quick breads, more serious breads, muffins, cakes, individual layered meals, such a breeze. Everything browns beautifully in these silicone pans. The only thing I donât do is use it for a very hot oven, like if a recipe calls for 425F or hotter, I choose black iron.ProsRims: the rims and handles are reinforced, pans are easy to pick up and manage; thereâs no unwanted collapsing, folding or wiggling.Non-stick: I have Never had non stick anything that performs like silicone, itâs just amazing. Remove a mini muffin with one poke. Remove them all in a few seconds. No sticking, no lost/broken/fractured product and no mess.Butter: I brush lightly, as advised by manufacturer, using softened butter on a silicone pastry brush = browning is beautiful top to bottom.Cookie sheet: I set the silicone pans on a cookie sheet for putting into the oven, not directly on the oven rack.Cleanup: literally a hot rinse will clean it completely and right now. No long soaks required. Thorough hand wash or dishwasher when you want, cleanup is just the easiest thing ever.Cons: none so far.Highly Recommended.In case, like me last fall, you havenât tried silicone baking yet, maybe try one piece of Trudeau thatâs right for your most messy, tricky, sticky, tough to get out in one piece, takes overnight soaks to clean the pan thing. The cost isnât bad and I was blown away with results.

Great Muffin Pan
I joined Weight Watchers and so there’s a lot of things that are made in muffin pans in order to cut down on portions. This arrived on time and just as advertised. I’ve used it once so far and it worked great. I like the silicone as it doesn’t stick like traditional pans and is easier to clean.

Amazing pan!
I love this muffin pan! The wire ring around the outside of the pan keeps the solicone cups from twisting when you pick the pan up. Cooks beautifully and clean up is a breeze. Two thumbs up!

The best muffin pan!
I love this muffin pan so much I bought a second! Itâs so easy to remove muffins, cupcakes or egg cups without ever needing a paper lining (which I never have on hand). I was pleasantly surprised that the blue confetti actually matches the magenta confetti except for the handle. I only ordered blue because the magenta was out. The picture of the blue looks like the whole pan is blue. The confetti is so cute!

Worthwhile kitchen gadget
UPDATE over a year later: these Trudeau Pro silicone pans are fantastic. I have 3 sizes of their muffin pans and a square 9″ pan. All work without fail, that is, whatever I bake pops out whole and easily, whether sugary items, fudge, cakes, muffins, or meat and veggie pies. I wash by hand because it’s a quick process. I point out the model I have is the dark grey with “pink” edges. It’s so nice to be able to take bite size or mini pies to a pot luck when each item came out if the pan intact…makes a pretty display platter.My first trial of this cupcake pan was a success. Rather than my usual cheesecake in a pie pan, I made them individual portioned “cupcakes”. Easy removal was essential for the delicate graham cracker crust, and paper liners don’t work well with a softer, pie-like item. This pan truly fits a specialized need and is, with the steel outer frame, a lot easier to handle than floppy silicone baking pans or cups. I very lightly buttered each cup, pressed the graham cracker crust into each on the bottoms and halfway up the sides, baked for a few minutes to set the crust, then filled the cups with the creamy filling and then baked. After cooling, each cupcake was popped out, with no damage. Washing the pan with dish soap and warm water was easy.

My family and I really enjoy the ease of use for this pan, TikTok led me to this and I have since purchased this twice now for another family member as a gift for their little ones.From pancakes to muffins the small shape gives just the right amount for the kiddos. Great product – but has a smell
I love this muffin pan. The muffins fall out after cooking and itâs adorable and fantastic quality. My only complaint is there is a powerful smell when you get them and then a smell when baking. Iâm on my 2nd bake with them so hopefully the smell baked off.

These are just amazing. We have three of them, two have been in use for several years (used at least weekly) and show no signs of deterioration. Easy to wash, never any stuck muffins, and no smell or taste from the silicone unlike other items weâve tried that claim to be silicone but smell like chemicals. If you bake muffins, just buy these already.

I use this for making muffins and Yorkshire puddings. I use a lower temp when making Yorkshire puddings at 425 instead of the normal 450. They come out great and you can just pop them out.

I like using silicone products but they are usually flimsy & cannot stand on its own. This has reinforced sides so I can hold on to one end only & it can still hold its shape! Wonderful!
