What type of battery does this fan use?
TURBRO MS12 fan is compatible exclusively with TURBRO BP19 rechargeable battery pack. Please refrain from using other battery packs.
Do I need to buy a battery pack myself?
Our package includes a rechargeable battery pack along with a power supply charger. If you want extra battery packs for backup, please visit the TURBRO store or contact our support team.
Does this fan only operate on battery power, or can it also be connected to an electrical outlet?
This fan can also be powered by electricity. But we do not recommend using the misting function when plugged in for safety reasons. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions.
Is this fan resistant to water?
Yes, this fan boasts IPX4 water resistance. Please ensure that the power supply jack waterproof cover, battery cover, and USB waterproof silicone cover are completely closed to prevent water from contacting the battery or entering the battery port.
How can I adjust the spray if it is not a mist?
First check if the misting nozzles are loose. If not, please unscrew the nozzles and disassemble them to see if there are any missing parts. You can see all the parts of the nozzles in the user manual.

Fantastic Cordless Misting Fan
This fan is a workhorse. The charge lasts for hours at high speed. I love that it’s easily moved from location to location and the water reservoir holds a good deal of water. When you need to refill easily take of the top and fill back up. Very portable but you do have to have water handy.

This misting fan works fantastically!
I bought this to use at my son’s 4th birthday. It was held outside at a farm in nearly 90* heat. I filled it with water and a small bag of ice. Fan ran with mist on ran for 2.5 hours. It was empty right at the end as we were packing up. I don’t know what the battery level was at at the end, but it never ran out. I only wish I had bought more. I will be buying more for other outside activities.

Worth every penny
Camping in the desert in the summer? WTF. Every few years, one of my friends forgets how FRICKEN HOT it is in the California desert in the summer, and plans a camping trip. Not wanting to miss out, but also not wanting to melt, I ordered this unit. My requirements: had to be battery-powered and have replaceable/backup batteries, had a decent-sized water reservoir, and could cool an area, not just a personal cooler. This unit was the figurative star of the campsite. I ordered and charged an extra battery before i went, and was solar charging the swapped out battery when the other was on-duty. I seldom left the cone of cooling air that the Turbro sent through our camp chairs. THANK YOU!!!

Made well, sturdy structure, nice spray nozzles if you don’t mind getting wet
My wife and I wanted something for our deck where we sit with our computers. I liked everything about this fan except you get pretty wet. That’s OK for the beach or laying out where you’d like that, but for us it would be better if we could somehow adjust the spray so that it was more like a very fine mist. That’s my only complaint which isn’t a complaint, just doesn’t fit our needs. Maybe the manufacturer could find a way to add a nozzle adjustment.

with the fan and mister running the battery life is less thAn one hour. have asked for new battery and the company blows you off. they ask several questions to make sure you have enough brains to plug it in. also its small. very flimsy. cheap construction and not as strong as a ten dollar fan from walmart. wish i could no stars

Fan was amazing! The mist not so much.
The fab of this product was great. The battery lasted. But the mist was a constant stream that was wetting my guest who were dressed to the 9s. I had to return the item. It would 5 stars if the mist worked. I am hoping that it is a defect.
