Beware: Harsh and Drying Products
I had high hopes for the Twelve12 shampoo and conditioner, but unfortunately, it did not work well for my natural 4c hair. The shampoo was extremely harsh and stripped my hair to the point where it felt brittle and dry. Instead of replenishing the moisture, the conditioner didnât do much to help. In fact, it felt almost useless after the damage the shampoo had already caused.I even decided to give it another chance by trying it on a lacefront wig made of loose body wave human hair, and I got the same disappointing result. The product was equally drying, leaving the wig feeling stiff and lacking its natural bounce.Overall, I wouldnât recommend these products for anyone with natural hair textures or even human hair wigs that need gentle care.

Have been using for almost 3 years now. The hair mask is a game changer. The conditioner gives awesome slip. Best to use a steamer or deep condition. 4C tight coil, thick and low porosity. My hair will straighten like a relaxer when silk pressed. Follow the videos on YouTube.Good quality products! Smells great and is very moisturizing.
