I run, ride or swim multiple times per week. Recover is critical to me as a 45 yr old athlete. Iâm trying these as a replacement for the generic daily vitamin I was taking. The size is compact and doesnât break down too fast so no bad taste. You definitely get the bright yellow pee – you know what I mean if you take vitamins, where as other vitamins Iâve tried I donât notice that as much. Could be a bad thing if that means less absorption. The cost is a bit high, so may not stick with them forever.
