Trowel is great. Lightweight, Saturday, dug into hard dirt no prob. The sides digging into tough dirt can feel sharp/edgy, a little uncomfortable, but not sharp enough to cut you hand or hurt.

Comfortable for my hand
I had one that kept digging into my hand rather than the ground, so I replaced it with this one. I picked this for the longer handle.It’s comfortable to my hand while digging. It went on bikepacking trips short and long. Dangling it on the saddle bag which acted as a bear bell (somewhat), too ð Nothing to complain about.
