I originally bought a salt lamp that was about $10 less. It was packaged so poorly there was a big chunk cracked off when it arrived, and it just looked rough. This one was well packaged for safe shipping. The lamp is beautiful. The glow is softer than it appears in these pictures, and the dimmer provides a good range. Very happy with it.

Very pretty
The good: This is a very pretty lamp and I have it set up in my medical spa treatment room to give a relaxing ambiance during some treatments. It casts a nice glow on the room when the main light is off. We don’t use it for massage balls but its neat to have that option.The bad: one of the salt balls is a very differnt color -off white, while the rest are orangish. It would look better if the color was consistant throughout. The lighbulb blew after about 12 uses of the lamp.The ugly: The lightbulb was almost impossible to change after it blew. After a lot of time consumed trying to pull the inner fixture with cage through the hole as it is supposed to be able to do, I finally used a screw driver to remove the entire bottom unit. Even then it was difficult to extract the inner chamber to get at the bulb. I had to use pliers to force it apart. This is a really bad design on that aspect. I’m only taking off 1 star for that because overall its a nice lamp once you get past that. Maybe I’ll rig the fixture together a bit different so its easier to change the bulb.

Perfect bedside lamp
I have the “modern rectangle” option — it’s perfect as a bedside table, as I no longer wanted to use regular bulbs after sunset (I was having serious sleep issues). The lamp emits a warm, orangish glow which is perfect. The dimmable feature is quite useful. The styling is indeed contemporary and fits well in a minimalistic decor.

It was packed perfectly, but the stone itself was in the box, upside down. And after opening this neat package (which means that a low-quality product was intentionally sent) I was shocked, because a huge piece of salt was missing. And no. It doesn’t look beautiful, it’s terrible.

Very cozy, packaged well with no cracks or breaks. I love how dim and bright you can make it with the dimmer switch. I just wish it had a white cable and that I couldnât see the metal bars around the light bulb between the salt balls

I am a spa therapist.I ordered this item to be as a decoration and warm stone massage addition to my practice. I am very disappointed, first I ordered this in Amazon UK and itâs came with US plug to London.Second itâs came broken, base is not carved as shown on the photo, so the balls canât stay without sliding, and lighting bulb was smashed. Himalayan balls was a poor quality and came chipped.I contact the seller an explain this situation. My return was approved, but barcode didnât work.I went to post office, then to DHL nothing was working, unless I want to send this item for 76£ as a postal service. Which cost the same amount as a product. Very disappointed, definitely not recommend.
