Great for sleep
I used these to help me sleep overnight during my 13 hour road trip and it definitely helped me fall asleep. It was esay to swallowed super small tablet. Good performance. Didn’t really have much of a taste.

Knocked me out
I bought these for morning sickness as my doctor recommended to me, but ended up not using it as a solution because these knocked me out! If you are looking for a sleep aid for the purpose of better sleep, this will do it. I didn’t notice a weird taste and it wasn’t hard to swallow. I did notice I had to take it no later than 7p to not be too groggy the next day.

For anyone struggling with INSOMNIA
I used to take Xanax for sleep many years ago, was looking for something over the counter that was comparable and I found UNISOM while searching the internet. Such a better alternative – non habit forming and honestly I almost cannot really feel the difference! It knocks me out very quickly 10/10 would recommend to anyone experiencing sleep issues

For some reason, this product did not put me to sleep, even though I eventually tried taking a bit more than recommended. I was super disappointed by this result because I had high hopes from the other reviews and also from what I researched on this product. The flavor is fine, although it is a bit bitter. It is definitely worth the price IF it works for you, as it is not that expensive, but that’s a big IF because it absolutely did not work for me and I just stopped using it altogether. I wouldn’t recommend it personally, but I guess it’s worth a try! Hope this helped.
