This pan lid fits a lot of sizes . I got it for an 8â ceramic frying pan . Ended up using it for a deep smaller cooking pot lid ,also . Made of stainless steel , cleans up easily, and sealed good .

Impressive, most impressive
I love this lid. I looked at others long and hard before making my decision on this one. Seeing how others may have trouble fitting on pans without bumping the pan handle. The design on this one being concave downward, eliminates that problem. I have used it on my small 8 inch fry pan, all the way up to my 15 inch cast iron skillet. Nice item, good price. Easy to clean. I was a bit confused on how the pan knob attached, not good instructions. So, i looked at the pictures online again close up and figured it out. Only thing that is different on this item that is different than what I was expecting, is the vent hole. The pictures adverstised had no vent hole, I was not wanting a vent hole. But the item does indeed have a small vent hole. Not a dealbreaker for me, actually i think i like it better it helps with boilovers.

just what I wanted
I’d been using a “universal lid” made out of tin that I’d bought at a little store about 20yrs ago. It was still ok except paint was peeling some and a little dented. I certainly got my moneys worth out of it! (probably $5. or less) Decided to retire it and try this one. I really like it! Haven’t had it very long and have already used it a couple times. It fit 2 different sized pans just right. The glass in center lets me see how things are cooking without needing to lift it. Is light weight and cleans up easily.

Missing parts
The lid, knob and screws all look good and it fits my 12 in. pan well. However the original shipment and the replacement shipment did not include the 2 parts that fit just above the screw. All the parts are shown on the instruction sheet but are not included in either package. Therefore, I returned both the original order and the replacement order.
