No pain in the neck
This pillow is so comfortable and supportive itâs the first time in a long while that I felt good support for my neck. I can sleep comfortably on my back and side without any discomfort or pain in my neck. Fabric is soft and breathable. Has 2 layers of removable covering on top of sculpted foam. Itâs definitely memory foam because it molded around my neck, when I lay down on it the foam has returned to its full original shape. It doesnât get squished like ordinary pillows. Iâve since tossed my ordinary head pillows.

I like this pillow as it is as advertised. It is supportive and comfortable. I have spent a lot more money on pillows that were too flat, too high, too hard and yet had reviews attesting the opposite. This pillow delivers as advertised for me. It really works for side sleepers or back sleepers supporting the neck without strain. This one’s a keeper.

This has really helped me sleep
This pillow has really helped me sleep at night with neck pain. I’m very glad I bought it. However, my reason for 4/5 stars is that I believed it would be a deeper indentation for the neck in the pillow. It’s not nearly deep enough but it is enough to make a difference for my sleep. If this pillow ever gets updated I would purchase it again.

Now this pillow is a winner!
I have tried a ton of pillows trying to rid myself of shoulder pain – I am an all over the place sleeper and get neck/shoulder pain when I sleep on my sides, especially. This concave piece in the middle of the pillow really helps me. When I first opened the package, I was not sure this would do much but figured I’d try it. Glad I did as it has worked. This pillow holds it shape and I’ve had it for a few months now – still like new. I do use a pillow case over it. I like sleeping on my back now, which was the position I used to like least. So don’t think this is only good for side sleeping. Btw- this pillow is not really high or super long – which is what I like. If you want a really plush thick high pillow or a king size length, then I’d go elsewhere. This fits a standard pillow case and does the trick for me. A+

Just not comfortable
Pretty much forces you to sleep on your back although they state good for side sleepers. Not so. And back sleeping hurts. So it went to the closet as no way to get it flat again for shipping.
