Amazing
I decided to try an OTC mouthpiece on my doctor’s advice. There is no way I could tolerate a CPAP mask & I wanted to try this before spending hundreds of $ on a custom fit from the dentist. I tried a different mouthpiece that was so bad it left my mouth sore. The VitalSleep was easy to mould to my mouth & comfortable to wear, after a few days of getting used to it I was able to wear it all night. Obviously results will be a little different for different people but almost totally eliminated my snoring.

The product was too large for mouth. I ordered the small because I thought it would be a better fit but it still stuck out of my mouth.

Works pretty good
This snoring aid works pretty well. It definitely cut down on the snoring, but you can still hear loud breathing at times. It fits well and is not too uncomfortable to wear all night, however, it did leave my jaw a little sore in the morning, but it didn’t last long. Definitely keep it really clean because it does tend to smell bad every single morning so it needs to be thoroughly cleaned every single morning which take a couple of minutes is all. They do sell a cleaner separately that I don’t really like because of the slight chemical taste it leaves on the mouthpiece so I have been cleaning it with toothpaste & toothbrush and then soaking in listerine for a few minutes before I put it back in it’s case to dry and be ready for bedtime again.All in all, it does cut down on snoring and it’s been helpful for us. It has not made it go away completely, but a huge improvement. The biggest complaint is that sometimes breathing is too loud.

It works for me
I was a bit skeptical this would work but itâs worked EVERY night for over 2 weeks running. Iâd suggest not biting down too hard when molding it to your teeth. It took some time getting used to wearing a mouth piece while sleeping but Iâm getting used to it. Itâs a trade off ofâ¦. comfort vs no snoring

I couldn’t use it
It’s hard for me to rate this product because I couldn’t use it. It’s not really the product’s fault. Sometime during the night, I evidently found it uncomfortable (compared to not having anything in my mouth) and I would just take it out of my mouth while asleep at night, unknowingly. What I can say it was easy to mold after boiling.

It Really Works
I bought a more expensive mouth guard that had better reviews, and couldn’t make it work and it was extremely uncomfortable and I could only wear it for about 45 minutes.This one is amazing. I have a small mouth and it fits perfectly and I was told I don’t snore at all. I did wake up a couple of times because of dry mouth, but took a little drink and went back to sleep.8.2024 – updateI misplaced my mouth guard and ordered 3 less expensive ones to save money, and they were all too big. I appreciate the option for the smaller size. I highly recommend this device for people with smaller mouths.

Hurt my jaw very badly
I really wanted this to work because I can feel my jaw relax when I sleep. Although the device has a hard plastic shell it gripped my teeth well and sat in my mouth comfortably. My husband did say he could still hear me snore with the device on. The first thing I noticed when I first used the device is when I took it out I felt a sharp pain in my jaw on one side. I could barely open my mouth and when I wiggled it, it was very painful. The pamphlet said there could be jaw pain, so I tried it for several nights and it just made my jaw pain worse. I could not eat comfortably at all. After a week, my jaw still hurts. Anything that needs my mouth to open or bite down hurts; yawning, eating, sneezing. It might work for some, but for me it did not. I stopped using it after 3 nights and I am trying to get the refund.
