Effective trimmer
I was initially disappointed in the build quality of this item. It is lightweight and feels cheap. However, as a trimmer it is outstanding. It functions better than other expensive trimmers I have used. I’m confident that it will last long enough to justify the price.

Best Nose and Ear Hair Timmer I’ve Owned
Every trimmer I’ve owned (3 prior to this one) sounded like it’s gears were made of plastic and they were about to die right out of the box. So this trimmer got four stars from me just for sounding like it wasn’t on it’s last leg. Actually it sounds strong and power delivery is consistent – 5th star earned. Other trimmers seemed to spin slower or faster depending on the angle at which I held them! This trimmer says it can operate in the shower, but I just have this thing about not taking electrical appliances in the shower with me. I know it’s a low voltage, but still not going to do it.

Pro: I bought this for my partner who likes how I cut his hair with scissors but I needed something to shave all the hairs around his ears and the back of his neck to give him a finished professional cut. So far, this does the job, but I have only used it once so rating it four stars to start until I see how long the battery life is, how long the sharpness of the razor trimmer lasts, and will update my review in a few months. It’s fairly priced, although I wish it came with a storage case or bag to keep everything together. For now, I will use a zip-lock plastic bag. It’s easy to use overall, but I did have difficulty sliding the shell open so I could insert the included alkaline battery. My partner had no difficulty doing that part and said he liked how it felt. We used the attachment for his eyebrows and it worked very well for him.
Con: It’s packaged very well, but you can’t reuse the packaging so not really ‘gift quality’ as is, but I’m pleased with its’ performance so far. If you have arthritis in your fingers or weak hand strength it can be a bit difficult to open the battery case part.
