Water resistant, not water proof
We have one of these blankets on our bed because that seems to be where one of our dogs likes to vomit! When we decided to foster puppies, I ordered two more of the blankets to cover our rug in the living room. Turns out it was a great idea!! The puppies always seem to want to pee on the carpet instead of the stone floor! These blankets make it easy to find and clean the pee! The pee puddles, I use a paper towel to soak it up, then spray with Natureâs Miracle to eliminate the odor. When the puppies leave for their forever home, I wash the blankets and let them air dry.

Amazing Quality!
This is a beautiful Burgandy color and excellent quality of fabric. I have 2 German Shepherds that think so too! It has held up to their constant use on my bed. Not sure who loves it more them or me! It covers my Queen Bed and has protected it from their muddy wet paws so far! I have the same one in a smaller size that I bought a couple years ago, and it still looks new and washes up nicely. They make great bedspreads.

Water Resistant – Not Waterproof
This looks very nice. However, dog chewing on a bone and slobbering…the bottom of the cover and couch were damp. Not wet. But still a little damp. So I would go with water resistant if something spills. But something kind of worked into it, may go through a bit. Just my 2 cents.

Wet Dog-Dry Couch
These pads work very well and are perfectly sized for our love seat. The dogs spend a lot of time on the loveseat, and these pads are beneficial and protecting the couch fabric.

Nice fall color for my patio couch
i liked everything about it. The color is a burgundy, nice color. Mypatio room is enclosed, and it is an added color as we change seasons. i wash it in cold water should i have pet tracks. Overall, great purchase.

Not waterproof
I bought this two years ago for my old dog because sometimes she has accidents. At first it was water resistant, but NOT waterproof. After a few washings I noticed it was becoming less resistant and now two years later liquid soaks right through. It’s ok as a furniture cover but even doubled up it doesn’t protect from liquid. The fabric is durable and it still looks nice, it just isn’t waterproof.

Best cover
This is the best cover! Itâs soft, and feels great, wades up great, my dog as had an accident a couple times and it doesnât soak in and wipes right up, I throw it in the washer and dryer comes out looking new. Great product for the money

Nice size for bed
I like the size for my king bed. My dog has an incognito bladder and is on meds. But sometimes leaks and she sleeps with us and this prevents my bed from gettting wet.

I’ll just be the one to say it, since I know some of you are looking for the same reasons. I bought this as an alternative to overpriced, bulky “love blankets”.I’ll spare you as much as I can here, but it works! It repels well, everything underneath it stayed completely dry. It’s super thin like a basic mattress protector. Feels to the touch like a quilt would. It’s not at all crinkly at the core like I anticipated it might be. It’s light as a feather yet held up fantastically. Laundering it is a breeze, doesn’t take up anymore room in the machine than a couple towels (it’s just shy of completely covering a queen size bed). I did put it in the dryer and it was fine, but I’m sure it would compromise the integrity of it over time, so hang drying would be better for longevity.Would recommend!

If you are buting this for the water resistant/proof feature then this product is not for you unless you replace every 2-3 months with new ones

I bought this cover and another of a different size for use on my bed. My old Great Dane sometimes licks excessively and would leave wet spots on the bedding. This waterproof cover keeps my blankets and sheets dry, as well and free from fur. Washes and dries easily. Lost one star for not being seen together as well as could be, already had to mend the edging where it came apart.
