What can I say, its a tasteless, easy to use supplement. This along with daily moisturizing seems to help my skin. I have not noticed any difference in eye sight, bummer, but will keep using it for the benefits i am seeing.

Cleared heavy acne
My son is allergic to the capsules on pills (derived from Ragweed family plants apparently). We tried this liquid supplement instead. Vitamin A supplementation brought down the redness in his face within two days and since starting in November, his skin has entirely cleared (itâs been six months, but results were remarkable within the first two months). We are going to seek treatment for the deep acne scars. He started at one serving per day and it took three per day to see the end of new breakouts. Tastes like nothing, no side effects for him. His dermatologist okayed the higher than usual dose.This is a great aid for clearer skin in our experience.

Flavor ok, but tastes oily!
The oily feel of this in my mouth is not pleasant. I will stick it out and use it, but will look for another brand and REALLY read reviews. It’s too bad, I was very hopeful.

i squirt half dropper in one eye and other into opposite ear canal, followed with rapid shaking of the head while spinning body in tight circles. arms flapping. this seems to do the trick. but you better ask before trying for you. but do i recommend it yes.
