Quick, efficient, easy to use
I bought this for my boyfriend to use in his daily grooming for work and going out. He loves this heated brush. It works very well and is easy to use. It does not burn the face, he said it feels very warm and nice for him. I posted pics of one side of the beard using the hot comb and the other side no hot comb. The only thing that could make this product better would be a travel carry case to go with it. He rates this 10 outta 10 and so do I because he looks very handsome (before) and after using it

Doesn’t seem to affect my beard at all
I had to exchange my first one as the cord was messed up and anytime I would move, it would turn off. The second one works just fine in regard to power, but it doesn’t seem to do anything for my beard. I’ve tried all three power settings, but it just doesn’t straighten anything. I get a much better result just using a hairdryer and comb/brush.

Received replacement
I bought this to replace my original and it is not the same, it’s lighter, it does not get hot enough and barely does the trick, I’m wondering if it needs beak in time but doesn’t seem right.UPDATE: So the company reached out and immediately offered me a replacement, received it today and it’s exactly like my old one, and works perfectly as before, I can honestly say I appreciate a company that admits to a mistake and makes things right on their own, I will continue to buy their products simply on those merits, they did not ask me to update my review but I felt it was only right

I canât say itâs defective due to packaging appearing to have been resealed after a return⦠but it barely heats up and does nothing for my beard. Better off with a blow dryer and brush.

Was used every weekday as part of my morning grooming routine at the medium heat setting, never came anywhere near water, suddenly no longer powers on as of today. Plugged in, pressing or holding the power button gets no response. Very disappointed as I was just starting to really understand how best to use it for my own beard, it had been an essential piece of my morning grooming routine.
