Hereâs the secret for those of you whose dispenser is leaking: When you put the spigot on, TIGHTEN IT WAAAY MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED TO. Ours seemed to be leaking from the spigot and from the bottom, but it was all from the spigot that we didnât tighten hard enough. Itâs perfect now.

Nozzle broke after one day of use. Not as sturdy as I had hoped.

Don’t like new handle
Please bring back the old handle. The new handle doesn’t allow the dispenser to sit flat in the cupboard when storing the unit. We use these weekly at our church and I needed to buy new ones. Not excited with the new handle.
