Accurate
I struggled to choose between this and embarq.I ultimately went with wisdom due to pricing and reviews.Set up was easy, website is straightforward. I did NOT include pictures of my dog because I wanted to see what their “traits and characteristics” would look like with no input from pictures.So, the sample came back with results within 5 weeks. I was happy with the quick turnaround.We had rescued a dog and he looked like a min pin but definitely bigger so we knew a mix.I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. We were shocked at the different breeds and percentages but they nailed the traits with no hints. I’ve included pics to show what he looks like and some of their predictions. Pretty spot on. Their testing is accurate with markings, coat type, and breed traits. He’s definitely a terrier through and through. Overall, I would recommend.

Identified a (large) number of breeds in our new family member and former rescue dog, Jaxson. Realized it had identified siblings or or older dog that we rescued years ago, and I had never logged back in. Really cool to identify the species and see how they form a part of your dog. Very interesting
Not quite sure I’m 100% sold on the results. But.. it was fun to do and see some answers. I think I could have gotten the same amount of results with a cheaper test. I don’t think I got as many test results as the product offered. But.. I’m happy with the results. But I would recommend getting a cheaper test. Definitely not worth the extra cost for results that so not come. We are thinking about buying another brand (cheaper and compare results) Will update if we do.

Great percentages instead of Generic breeds
The cost is lower than Embark, yes it takes longer for results to come in but very much worth the wait. So much more specific. Example ~ I had a mix breed I did Wisdom & Embark on. Embark gave 4 main breeds with his Super mutt percentage being 5 additional breeds for 8 total. Wisdom found 19 breeds and could give percentage of what Emark said they couldnât. The siblings & parent heritage cool too with Embark.

I wanted to know a bit more about my Australian Shepherd. I never expected to learn this much. Results were wonderful to hear and less worry for me overall. Better to be prepared and know than not know and have an awful experience.
