Liquid vitamins are proven to have better absorption than pill form. The initial taste is definitely herbal, but zero lingering after taste. For all those reviews that say the taste is horrible, grow up 🙂 do you not know the pinch your nose trick? Works like a charm. Now, thicker hair canât possibly be noticed after 3 weeks, at least, not with my thin hair. I could tell immediately that my hair felt healthier and I could see baby hairs growing after 2 1/2 weeks. Eventually, I expect to see more drastic results!

The taste is horrible
I hope I can make it to a month to see the results since the reviews about the results are good. The taste and thickness is so bad. There is some sort of after taste that just taste like chemicals, I have to have a chaser. And itâs very thick, like paste so it doesnât go down easy.

Ive been taking this consistently for about a month now. I feel like the vitamins are helping as I’ve noticed positive differences with my hair and with my energy levels. That being said, The taste is horrendous and the paste like consistency makes it difficult to take. As a grown woman I have never had to actively pinch my nose to get something down but if I don’t I actively gag.I think the price is a little high considering but I’ll try another month and see if it continues to improve my hair.

I got this one to try because the regular hair growth multi-vitamin, Peach-Mango flavored, didn’t taste very good. However, after trying this one, that one was positively delightful. This doesn’t taste like peach at all and is so sickly sweet I almost couldn’t keep it down. I’ve tried other liquid multi-vitamins from this company and loved them but was looking for the added hair growth. I will say that I have seen a decrease in my post-partum hair loss since starting, but I’m not sure if I’ll even finish this bottle as I literally feel sick for an hour after taking it and the flavor sticks in the back of your throat.
