Small and squishy

Perfect solution for aging knees
Kneeling positions were putting unwanted pressure on my knees. For padding, I tried pillows, two yoga mats on top of each other, sheepskin slippers, even an old gym exercise mat. Why did I wait so long? These knee pads are excellent, soft, yet supportive! And they have great traction so they don’t slide around.

These work and are very comfortable
I started on my yoga and Pilates at home journey and had issues with some of the forms because of my knees. Being plus sized makes it very uncomfortable on a regular yoga mat doing bends and shifting weight. These are very very comfortable and donât slide around. There is a dip for perfect knee placement and these have made my yoga experience better at home in wood floors. These will become a staple in my yoga bag.
