Extremely happy with this dog carrier. Great price!
I just received this dog carrier bag, and as soon as I put my miniature yorkie, Daisy, inside she laid right down and was so comfortable. You could tell she felt safe and protected. She didnât want to come out! The bag is nicely made, and very lightweight, which is a plus. The shoulder strap is wide and very comfortable, and is adjustable. My phone fits nicely in the shoulder bag pouch. The zipper is sturdy and works well, and I like the drawstring held in place with the velcro strap. The bag is grey/pink and is really nice looking. Iâm very pleased with this bag! Great buy!

So comfortable and safe
I rarely review items, on this I feel I need to share how useful, comfortable, well designed and sturdy this is for my Shih Tsu. I have tried 5 different carriers and this is finally the one. I am 5â2â and this has been the only carrier that fits me and is comfortable for my pup. When she sees me put it on, she knows itâs time for a walk and after a few miles she gets in her carrier and enjoys the ride home next to me .

Cozy, Snug, and Not Quite There
4 stars: recommended (with reservations)This is a great pet sling if you have a docile animal. Any squirming or need-to-wander? the pet will escape. On top of that, there are a few design flaws that make it harder to get the pet in the sling in the first place. And finally, although the strap is technically adjustable, it cannot be lengthened/shortened to a useful amount.I should note that I ended up returning it, even though I really like the quality â my cat struggled too much getting in, which makes it unsuitable for my needs (a quick sling for her to sleep in, when she wants to be held like a rugby ball).ProsThe quality is high: stitching is tight and secure, the material is strong (and yet comfortable to rest against pet and person), and things like straps and pockets are well made.Once my pet was inside, the weight was well distributed and there was enough room for her to turn around without getting tangled.Overall, I felt as if I could carry the pet comfortable for a few hours, if not longer.ConsI was hoping to be able to tighten the strap so that the cat could rest right below my shoulder (her favorite spot), but it’s really designed for owners to carry the animal at tummy or waist level. Which is great if you’re in the 60% of the population that is around average height, but not useful if you’re very tall or very short.Less of an issue is that it takes a lot of effort to adjust the length. Most people are only going to adjust it once, to get it to the ideal length, and then leave it alone.Three other design flaws were a bigger problem for me. First, the drawstring is a great idea for tightening the opening if your animal is completely docile. If not, then you have to open the zipper and the drawstring, at which point the string gets in the way of putting the animal into the sling and zipping it up.The second problem is that the velcro tab to hold the zipper in place doesn’t have any place to go while the sling is unzipped. So it keeps trying to close, which makes it harder than necessary, to zip back up. And finally, there’s a snap-hook near the drawstring which could be useful if your animal has a collar, but just gets in the way if you don’t. It also complicates getting a non-docile pet in and out.

Comfortable, light weight, sturdy
My 2 pound Shih Tzu fits perfectly with room to grow. I currently use it to carry him around the house so he doesn’t whine and get on everybody’s nerves. He lasts awhile in the sling. It keeps snug to the body and adjustable. For the price I find a lot of value in this product.

With a few mods, it’s pretty good.
The design itself is nice. The problem you notice first is the materials used. They may be ok for a plush toy, but I have a puppy with enough energy to power a home or two. If I left the bag as I got it, Ridley would have surely ripped a hole she could fall through in the bag just moving normally. So it NEEDS to be upgraded. It’s not difficult nor expensive it just takes some time and needs to be done or your new bag is about as strong as a reusable plastic bag from Ralphs. First thing I did was go over the seams with upolstery thread I got at Joann’s. Every seam, front to back. Double threaded and finished with fabric glue. The strap kept sliding with Ridley’s 10lbs pulling on it so I found a comfortable spot then stitched it in place. Next came the tether and the hook and loop tabs over the zipper. I removed both pieces and replaced them with a high quality version from Velcro®. I left the tether for now but reinforced it’s attachment points with double thread and fabric glue. The junction of the bag itself and the strap is also very flimsy. Over stitching wasn’t going to be enough so I had some 3″ wide stretchy material and attached it to the strap and the bag with double thread and finished with the same flexible fabric glue. I left the middle open to add some give and flexibility as well as support. These are the basic mods turning a flimsy bag into a bag that I would trust to hold my puppy. V2 modifications add insulation (Insul-Brite) and a fleece lining as well as a rigid floor and back wall made of Coroplast held together with zip ties to give my dog a solid surface to stand on while inside. Small fits tiny poodle very well
Comfortable to wear and the small size fits our tiny poodle just right. Safety collar clip is a nice addition. I use this when on long walks or at the store.

My new pup spent some time in this pet sling. Smaller dogs love to feel close to their favourite persons. This size will comfortably accommodate a dog up to about 5lb, so if your pup grows up to approx 10lb, buy one size up. My little guy outgrew his quickly.
