Exactly what I was looking for
This cream is wonderful and exactly what I was looking for. I have acne prone skin and zinc based products have helped a lot. I wanted a night cream that would deeply moisturize and repair my skins barrier, and this does exactly that (Note: castor oil does not break me out personally, but it does for some). I am even more overjoyed that this actually rubs in translucent – most other zinc products leave a white tint. Iâve also been using it as a spot treatment on acne scars during the day. I donât think Iâll use it all over my face during the day as it is a bit heavy compared to other moisturizers, but thatâs what I wanted so no complaints.Incredible product. What made me buy this over other products was itâs simplicity of ingredients. Thank you for making this! Only suggestions for improvement would be to let the customer know somewhere if this can be used as a sunscreen and to put on the label the percentage of zinc oxide used like other products do.

I bought this to use on top of my face oil to help seal it in.This stuff is AWESOME. It is completely odorless, glides on like butterâno stretching or pulling on the skin.I use about a nickels worth for my entire face and neck.Highly recommend as itâs petroleum free and has zero gross ingredients.Big thanks to the folks that created this!

Helps with TSW, eczema, and bacterial/fungal infections
Our son has suffered from topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) for over 2 years. With this condition, the skin is extremely sensitive, oozing, red, and itchy. His skin is missing the top, protective layer and he struggles with bacterial and fungal infections. Zinc is a lifesaver and this product is one of the best we’ve found on Amazon. Castor oil is known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, so it seems like the perfect oil to mix with Zinc. It’s a small container, but a great value for the cost. A little bit of this cream goes a long way. Be careful to to overdo it, because Zinc can be very drying. Our son is reactive to many lotions and creams, but this one works well without any issues. Zinc is great fighting infection and fungus. It can also be used as a sunscreen.

VERY thick. Leaves a white cast if you use more than a tiny little bit
-The zinc component of this cream leaves a white cast on your skin if you use anything more than a tiny amount (like the way most sunscreens do), so the benefit to that is good value for the money spent since it will take you a long time to go through the whole jar; however, you might end up looking like Casper the Friendly Ghost if you use too much.-It is VERY thick and takes a long time to absorb. Between the possible white cast and the slow-to-absorb quality, I do not use this as a daytime moisturizer and only use it at night. I actually put it on after dinner and give it hours of TV watching time to absorb; otherwise, it will all end up on my pillow.-I have super sensitive skin that reacts to everything and I do fine with this cream – no negative reactions at all, so that’s a plus.-Overall, I do recommend this because my skin still feels hydrated in the morning so it’s indeed a good moisture barrier.

Castor oil and zinc, in combination no less, are wonderful for the skin. It is working to diminish a dark spot (age) on my face. I’m happy.
