so much better than the strips
i have bad sinuses and mild sleep apnea. i tried the breathe right strips – they work well but after about 3 days my skin could not take that adhesive. my skin started getting super irritated and raw. in addition, i like to put my night cream on before bed and i couldn’t do that because the skin can have nothing on it in order for the strips to stick. these inserts were the only other option. i initially didn’t want them because it seemed like it might be uncomfortable to have something up your nose. but after a few minutes i totally got used to it. and the first night i used it – the next day i already could tell i slept better and had more energy. i love these things and all of their advertising points are true. there were several times i put the strips on and they weren’t in the optimal position. there’s no repositioning because the adhesive is for one stick only. it fades after that initial stick if you try to reposition. so if you get it wrong, you have to use a whole new strip. and they are one time use which is not cheap or environmentally friendly. they say these inserts last for 2 weeks but i use them longer until they start to break, then i replace it. it saves my skin, i can wear my moisturizer at night, they last longer than 2 weeks. i am more than happy that i now wake up actually feeling rested.

Absolutely didn’t make a bit of difference with me. Actually made it harder to breathe with it in place. Not at all worth the price. Going to try the magnetic nose strips instead.

These are tough…
I really, really wanted to use and like these. Unfortunately, there are several issues. I understand people all have difference noses, so these may work better for some than others, but they don’t work for me.Pros: they DO manage to keep the nostrils open and I could definitely tell a difference, similar to what you get with nasal strips in holding your nostrils open and there’s a marked improvement in air flow.Cons: the middle part is way too tight – they pinch the middle of the nose too strongly and over time cause a dull throbbing pain for me, which makes it difficult to sleep. My left nostril is also smaller than my right, and getting a good fit in there is impossible for me, meaning there’s a lot more pressure on that nostril vs. the other one, which means they slightly tear up the inside of my nose, which isn’t good. I’ve yet to make it a full night with this in. If I put it in early to try and “get used to it” I end up pulling it out prior to falling asleep. If I put it in and do fall asleep, every time so far I’ve pulled it out at some point during the night. Lying on my side, if my pillow touches my face at all or I happen to bump my nose it wakes me up due to the pain.They’re a nice idea, but at least for me, there are multiple issues with using these. Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to use them.

I tried several different ones. These are the best (for me at least)
They stay in place and do increase air flow. They can irritate the inside of your nose, however I believe all types will do that to one degree or another. For me it is worth it.
