its alright. for a NyQuil product id expect it to work so much better. it do have a lot of sugar and is more of a candy then anything which i totally dont mind but it didnt help me sleep at all. i took it at 9pm for 3 days and i would fall asleep at 11. for me thats a really slow reaction time. i wouldn’t recomend buying this and i wouldn’t buy this again
